Monitoring the agents

For agents to be monitored, a minimum version of the agent must be installed, as shown in the table below:

Monitored agent	Minimun version
DCA and Cloud Connector	1.0.0 or later
NDD Print Host	5.45 or later
NDD Print Client Collector Lexmark	5.10 or later

Once the monitoring of the desired devices has been configured, the services will also be monitored by the NDD Orbix portal.
