View module information

Agents are represented in the system by modules, which can have one or more services. A module is a grouping of services that are part of an agent.

Who can use this feature

Users with the Admin or View Module and Service grids permissions

Instructions

  1. Go to the Installations > Modules menu

In the grid, in addition to the module's information, you can view its status, which indicates how it is working:

WARNING

At least one of the services that are part of the module is Offline.

ONLINE

All the services that are part of the module are working correctly.

OFFLINE

All the services that are part of the module are out of communication.

  1. Click on the desired module to open its properties

The tabs show:

Summary

Displays the module's data, as well as indicating where it is installed, processor, memory and hardware storage information, and monitoring data that shows how much of this hardware is in use.

Services

Allows you to view all the services that are part of the module.

To view the information on the desired service, click on its name.

Logs

This allows you to view all the logs generated in the last 7 (seven) days by the services associated with the module, according to the setting made. To view the logs for a specific period, click on the Filters button, select the desired period and click on the Apply button.

To update the list of logs displayed, click on the Refresh button in the top right-hand corner.

To export the logs to a text file, click the Export logs button in the top right corner. If the period filter is applied, it will be taken into account in the export. Otherwise, all logs generated in the last 7 (seven) days will be exported.
