  1. Access the Supplies > Supplies in use menu

  2. Click on the type of supply you want to open its properties

In addition to opening the properties of the supply in use, the grid also offers quick access to the following functionalities:

  • The Printer column or the Access the printer option (click on the ⋮ button at the end of the line to access it) allows you to be directed to the properties of the printer associated with the supply. To do this, in addition to the Supplies in use permission, the user must have the View printers permission.

  • The Coverage history option (click on the ⋮ button at the end of the line to access it) allows you to carry out actions related to the coverage history of the supply in question in order to enable or disable the supplies that make up the coverage. To do this, in addition to the Supplies in use permission, the user must have the Edit printers permission.

When you open the supply's properties, you can see the following information:

Summary

Presents a dashboard with the main supply information. The indicators show:

  • Properties: displays the supply's registration information, indicates its status, gives the date and time of the last read, and indicates whether the supply has an active force capacity or force product rule.

  • Printer: displays the registration information of the printer to which the supply belongs (for supplies in use) or which has been exchanged (for exchanged supplies) and indicates:

    • the monitoring status: Online (communicating) or Offline (not communicating)

    • whether the monitoring service is enabled or not

    • the status of the connection type, whether network, local (USB) or manual (when there is no agent monitoring the printer)

    • the date of the last reading

  • Supply information: indicates the initial level that the supply had when it was inserted into the printer and the current level (for supplies in use) or the final level when it was exchanged (for exchanged supplies), the usage time, the number of pages printed, the running low by (for supplies in use) and the date of entry into the printer.

  • Indicators: allows the user to check the production yield, coverage, efficiency, average history and coverage history.
By clicking on View history, a side tab will appear with detailed information on supply changes and coverage composition, where you can select one or more supplies to include in the historical composition via the Enable button. The Disable button is used to flag the supplies in the list that are not part of the historical composition. Removal from the historical composition directly affects the indicators calculated for the replenishment of the supply.
When you change the status of one or more items, a new value will be displayed in the New coverage field, considering only the items marked as enabled.

If any information in the indicators is set to indeterminate, the indicators are not being calculated due to the absence of the supply capacity information.

Readings

Displays the history of supply readings.
