Create print queue driver
The installed drivers will be used in the print queues.
Who can use this feature
Users with the Admin or Driver administration permissions
Instructions
Go to the Print queues > Drivers menu
Click on the ✚ button in the top right corner
Select or drag the driver file
For more information on preparing the driver file, go to How do I prepare the driver file for uploading to the portal?.
Click on the Save button
Wait for the file to finish uploading
To edit or delete a driver, go to Edit or delete records.
Driver status
UNUSED | The driver is not in use in any queue. |
IN USE | The driver is being used in one or more queues. |
To view the print queues that are using the driver, follow the steps below:
Click on the name of the desired driver to open its properties
Click on the Print queues tab
By clicking on the name of the print queue, you will be taken to its properties and can change the linked driver if you wish.
