How do I prepare the driver file for uploading to the portal?

Go to the printer manufacturer's official website and download the driver.

Find the driver's installation folder. Depending on the manufacturer, you may need to run the driver to extract the installation folder.

Confirm that the installation folder contains the .cat and .inf files. These are essential for processing the driver on the NDD Orbix portal.

Compress the driver installation folder into a .zip file. The NDD Orbix portal only accepts files in this format for uploading the driver.

Before uploading to NDD Orbix portal, make sure that the compressed file does not exceed 300mb, as this is the maximum size allowed.

The driver must be printable and must be digitally signed by the manufacturer.
