I created a print queue without activating the removal of queues that were not created by NDD Orbix, but the queues were still removed. Why did this happen?

This could be because another print queue created by the NDD Orbix portal, configured with the same IPv4 address, IPv6 address or hostname as the printer, had the removal option enabled. If this other queue is installed on the same computer, grouping of computers, user or grouping of users, it will remove the print queues that were not created by the NDD Orbix portal.

If the removal setting has been enabled for all the customer's print queues, any print queues previously created for that customer will automatically be configured to remove queues that were not created by NDD Orbix. In addition, new print queues will also have this setting enabled by default, even if the removal option has not been activated manually.
