View computers with software installed

When software is created, either manually or automatically, and the DCA and Cloud Connector agent reads that software on computers, a list of computers that have that software installed is automatically generated, regardless of whether they are licensed or not.

This function allows you to monitor in detail which devices and users are using the software, ensuring control and compliance.

Who can use this feature

Users with the Admin or Edit software permissions

Instructions

  1. Go to the Monitoring > Computers > Softwares menu

  2. Click on the desired software to open its properties

  3. Click on the Computers tab

You will see a list of all the computers that have the software installed. The following data will be available:

  • Computer name

  • User responsible for the computer

  • Indication of whether or not the computer is licensed to use the software

To change the license data, go to Link license to computer.

The computer will be automatically unlinked from the software and removed from the grid when:
