Configure supply exchanges

When you change a device's supply, NDD Orbix portal will automatically identify the change in the next reading and generate the indicators for the change in question.

When the printer informs the serial number or level data, the supply is changed when it identifies that:

there has been a change in the serial number; and
there has been an increase in the level value.

However, if the printer does not enter this data, you can configure the NDD Orbix portal to carry out the exchange by changing the supply's yield data.

Also, if you only want the change to be based on the increase in the level data, you can configure the NDD Orbix portal to ignore the serial number change.
