Error code 4003

Failure

The log from the NDD - Printer Monitor service recorded error code 4003 (PrinterCommunicationException).

Cause

There is a communication error between the service and the printer.

Solution

The computer on which the DCA and Cloud Connector agent is installed and the printer must be on the same network.

In addition, if necessary, reduce the printer response time configured in the NDD Orbix portal, as instructed in Configuring printer service monitoring.

If the failure is not resolved using the solutions above, we recommend opening a support ticket for assistance in resolving the problem.
