The version currently available on the NDD Orbix portal for business intelligence is BETA.

Business Intelligence (BI) in NDD Orbix is a robust feature that transforms raw data from managed devices into actionable insights, essential for strategic decisions.

Integrated into the platform, BI collects, processes and analyzes large volumes of data, providing a comprehensive and detailed view of the monitored environment. With this view, companies can monitor key metrics, identify trends, optimize resources and improve operational and strategic efficiency.

BI offers a variety of relevant indicators, presented in interactive and customizable dashboards developed with the Power BI tool.

These dashboards include:

• Device inventory: monitoring the status and distribution of managed printers and computers.

• Production of the printer fleet: evaluation of the overall performance of the printer fleet.

• Supplies exchanged: analysis of supply exchanges, including premature exchanges, to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

The indicators are presented in a centralized and flexible way, allowing dynamic filters and customizable graphic settings, characteristics intrinsic to a dynamic tool like Power BI. As a result, the visualization can be adapted according to specific analysis needs.
