Configure USB printer service synchronization

The synchronization configuration allows you to define:

• Download settings: interval in hours between downloads of the settings applied in the portal.

• Sending monitoring reports: interval in hours between sending the monitored data to the portal.

By default, a 4-hour interval (04:00:00) will be registered in both settings when the service is created, but it can be changed according to the operation's needs.

Who can use this feature

Users with the Admin or Installation management permissions

Instructions

1. Go to the Installations > Services menu

2. Click on the desired service to open its properties

3. Click on the Settings and Synchronization tab

4. Enter the desired time interval for each configuration

The minimum time allowed is 1 hour (01:00:00).

5. Click the Save button
