Configure printer service synchronization

Allows you to define the intervals at which the agent will receive the settings made by the NDD Orbix portal and the data sent by the printers that the agent monitors.

• Download settings: represents the time interval in which the configurations made on the system will be downloaded by the monitoring service.

• Sending monitoring reports: represents the time interval in which the monitored data will be sent to the system.

By default, the system will consider the time of 04:00 (four hours) for both configurations.

Instructions

1. Go to the Installations > Services menu

2. Click on the desired service to open its properties

3. Click on the Settings and Synchronization tab

4. Enter the desired time interval for each configuration
   The minimum time must be 01:00 (one hour).

5. Click the Save button
