Data collection and transmission protocols

The DCA and Cloud Connector is the NDD Orbix monitoring agent. Agents are software that collect the data needed to monitor devices. They are installed on the customer's premises and distributed in various locations.

The agent operates as a service, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, playing an important role in the efficient monitoring and management of the resources and services that make up NDD Orbix.

Once collected, the data is sent securely to the NDD cloud. This transmission is carried out using the HTTPS/TLS 1.2 protocol, ensuring safe and secure communication.
