New features

New indicators in Panels

What is the new functionality? The "Customers", "Total printers", "Alerts for criticality", "Average pages per printer", "Daily production - last 30 days", and "Premature exchanges" will be added to Panels module and displayed in the default panel, and the "Total Printers - Monitored" and "Demand planning" cards additionally.

What is the benefit of the new functionality? The provider will be able to view and manage their operation data.

How does the new functionality work? Each card will display the indicators according to their descriptions.

Observations? There isn't one.


Fixes

Correction in sending the demand request email

How did the problem happen? The system was not sending demand request e-mail when the printer belonged to a unit.

When did the problem happen? When the rule member was a unit.

Where was the problem? In members of the module Settings > Supplies > Email rules.

What was done to fix it? The unit and hierarchy of the unit will be recognized. When you add a unit that has subunits as a member, the subunits are also members of the email rule.


Error returning search from email rule units

How did the problem happen? When searching for a unit in the members grid of the module Settings > Supplies > Email rules, the system was not returning the search.

When did the problem happen? When adding a unit as a member of an email rule.

Where was the problem? In the module Settings > Supplies > Email rules.

What was done to fix it? The units will be displayed according to the filtered words.

Improvements

Enabling calls via Swagger

What purpose? Enable NDD Orbix integration to be tested through Swagger.

What was done? Calls via Swagger in integration APIs are enabled.

What will be affected? There isn't one.

What is the impact on the environment? There isn't one.

Observations? There isn't one.


Fixes

Compatibility check correction

How did the problem happen? The system did not check the compatibility of printers of different models from the same manufacturer that used the same material (type, color, part number and capacity).

When did the problem happen? When "Automatic products registration" and "Automatic compatibilities registration" are activated, in Settings > Products.

Where was the problem? When checking a compatibility in module Administration > Products > Compatibilities.

What was done to fix it? Compatibility will only be checked with the same printer model.


Insertion of required field warning in email rule

How did the problem happen? The “Required field” warning in the “Email result” field was not displayed.

When did the problem happen? When trying to save an email rule without filling in the “Email result” field.

Where was the problem? When creating an email rule in module Settings > Supplies > Email rules > Create.

What was done to fix it? “Required field” warning in “Email result” field was inserted when trying to create an email rule without filling it.


Region formatting error when creating an email rule

How did the problem happen? Formatting and insertion of decimal places according to the chosen region was not applied.

When did the problem happen? When setting, during creation of email rule, to send fields having decimals, thousands or date formatting, it was not applying the correct format according to the chosen region.

Where was the problem? In the configuration of the fields according to the region chosen in the module Settings > Supplies > Email rules > Create.

What was done to fix it? Formatting will be applied correctly according to the chosen region.


Error when opening an email rule

How did the problem happen? It was not opening an email rule.

When did the problem happen? When trying to open an email rule already created, the system kept loading and did not allow viewing the rule details.

Where was the problem? When opening an email rule in module Settings > Supplies > Email rules > Open.

What was done to fix it? The email rule will be visible when trying to open it.


Error message when creating an email rule

How did the problem happen? A new email rule was not being created.

When did the problem happen? When filling in the data correctly for a new email rule and saving it, the system returned an error message and the email rule was not created.

Where was the problem? When creating a new email rule in module Settings > Supplies > Email rules > Create.

What was done to fix it? Email rule will be created without error message.


Displaying alerts on unmanaged printers

How did the problem happen? The system displayed low supplies and premature exchange alerts for unmanaged printers.

When did the problem happen? When having printers marked as “Unmanaged”.

Where was the problem? In modules Supplies > Supplies running low and Supplies > Premature exchanges.

What was done to fix it? Supplies running low and premature exchange alerts for printers marked as “Unmanaged” will not be displayed in the grids.

Fixes

Error 499 when generating meter report

How did the problem happen? When you finished generating the "Reference counters by printers on the selected date" report from module Reports > Standard, error 499 appeared and could not be opened because the gateway did not wait for the Printers API to return the report data.

When did the problem happen? For providers with lots of data.

Where was the problem? In the "Reference counters by printers on the selected date" report from module Reports > Standard.

What was done to fix it? The “Reference counters by printers on the selected date" report from module Reports > Standard has been disabled. The information that was viewed through the "Reference counters by printers on the selected date" report can be viewed in the "Meters Inventory" and "System meters inventory" reports in the module Reports > Standard.


Correction of the calculation of the “Environmental impact” indicator

How did the problem happen? The generation of indicators of the "Environmental impact" card of the "Panels" module was calculating the data obtained from the last 31 days.

When did the problem happen? In the generation of environmental impact data.

Where was the problem? On the "Environmental impact" card of the "Panels" module.

O que foi feito para corrigir? We have fixed the calculation of indicators of the "Environmental impact" card of the "Panels" module, considering the data obtained from the last 30 days, counted from the previous day.


Error 403 in NDD Orbix portal

How did the problem happen? The user received a 403 error on the screen.

When did the problem happen? Sporadically while navigating the system.

Where was the problem? Anywhere on the NDD Orbix portal.

What was done to fix it? The use of distributed caching in the users permissions control component has been disabled.
