Error in extracting the standard report

How did the problem happen? When accessing the NDD Orbix portal and trying to extract a standard report, the first attempt always presented the message "Error generating report: Unexpected failure occurred. Refresh the page and try again”.

When did the problem happen? When the user accessed the NDD Orbix portal to extract a standard report and the client session time was expired.

Where was the problem? From the Reports > Standard menu.

What was done to fix it? When the session expires a message is presented to the user informing them of the procedure to resolve the problem. The message displayed has the title "Session Expired" and the description "The client session has expired. Please refresh the page".


Error in the button "Save and Open" of the creation of a new user

How did the problem happen? When creating a new user and clicking on the "Save and Open" button an error occurred.

When did the problem happen? When clicking on the "Save and Open" button when creating a new user.

Where was the problem? From the Administration > Users > Create menu.

What was done to fix it? Corrected the problem so that when clicking the "Save and Open" button the user is redirected to the properties of the newly created user.

Fixes

It was not displaying the location of the computer on the map

How did the problem happen? When accessing the location from the computer, the location was not being marked on the map. And when clicking the "Update" button, it did not make any changes on the map and returned an error message to the user.

When did the problem happen? When opening the computer location and/or clicking the "Update" button.

Where was the problem? On the computer location tab in the menu Devices > Computers > Select computer > Open > LOCATION tab.

What was done to fix it? Corrected the agent call.

Access only to panels that the user created

How did the problem happen? Users were getting access to panels that they had not created.

When did the problem happen? When users accessed the Panels menu and were going to change the selected panel.

Where was the problem? From the Panels menu.

What was done to fix it? A script was executed in the database to remove the panels created before the implementation of the feature of segregating panels by users.

Fixes

Inverted RAM memory calculation in Portuguese and Spanish languages

How did the problem happen? When accessing the computer's details in Portuguese or Spanish, the RAM memory calculation was inverted. It showed the memory occupied, but the text indicated that it was the free memory.

When did the problem happen? When the user accessed the computer's properties.

Where was the problem? In the "RAM memory usage" indicator of the "SUMMARY" tab of the menu Devices > Computers > Select computer > Open.

What was done to fix it? Changed the display of the indicator to show the free memory.


It was not displaying all data of RAM memory of computer performance information

How did the problem happen? When accessing the computer's performance information, it did not show all the RAM memory data.

When did the problem happen? When the user accessed the computer's performance information.

Where was the problem? In the “PERFORMANCE” tab of the menu Devices > Computers > Select computer > Open.

What was done to fix it? Removed the chart zoom to show all the data and added a function to sort by different date patterns.


It was not displaying all the last 24 hours data of computer performance information

How did the problem happen? When accessing the computer's performance information, it did not show all the data for the last 24 hours.

When did the problem happen? When the user accessed the computer's performance information.

Where was the problem? In the “PERFORMANCE” tab of the menu Devices > Computers > Select computer > Open.

What was done to fix it? Removed the chart zoom to show all the data and added a function to sort by different date patterns.

Improvements

Computer summary information display tweaks

What purpose? Facilitate the visualization of computer summary information and follow the same pattern as the other functionalities of the NDD Orbix portal.

What was done? Removed bold from computer summary information properties, leaving only property values in bold.

What will be affected? The view of computer summary information in the menu Devices > Computers > Select computer > Open > SUMMARY tab.

What is the impact on the environment? There isn't one.

Observations? There isn't one.


Changing the sorting of the portal's main menu

What purpose? Change the sorting of the NDD Orbix portal main menu.

What was done? The NDD Orbix portal main menu has been reordered as follows: Panels, Devices, Warnings, Supplies, Agents, Reports, Administration, Settings.

What will be affected? The NDD Orbix portal main menu.

What is the impact on the environment? There isn't one.

Observations? There isn't one.


Fixes

Fix editing custom meters reports

How did the problem happen? It was not possible to edit the custom created reports from the “Meters” category.

When did the problem happen? When selecting a custom report from the “Meters” category and clicking on “Edit”, the editing screen was not loading.

Where was the problem? By clicking on “Edit” a custom report from the “Meters” category of the menu Reports > Custom.

What was done to fix it? Adjusted so that it is possible to edit the custom reports of the “Meters” category.


Some advanced filters were not filtering correctly

How did the problem happen? It was not correctly filtering some advanced filters operators.

When did the problem happen? By using the advanced filters with the "not contains", "not ends withh" and "not starts with" operators.

Where was the problem? In the grids that contained these operator options in the advanced filter (“Filters” option above the grid).

What was done to fix it? Updated to a more up-to-date version that contains this fix.


Color correction of computer usage indicator graphs

How did the problem happen? The colors of the graphs for the “Processor usage” and “RAM memory usage” indicators of the computers remained the same regardless of the value shown by the graph, and above 90% should be changed to red.

When did the problem happen? When the percentage of both indicators was above 90%, the graphs did not change to red color to indicate that the processor or RAM memory usage was almost at the limit.

Where was the problem? On the “Processor usage” and “RAM memory usage” indicators of a computer, accessed through the menu Devices > Computers > Select computer > Open > SUMMARY tab.

What was done to fix it? Changed so that graphs turn red when usage is above 90%.


Unnecessary vertical scroll bar on computer location

How did the problem happen? When accessing the location of a computer, an unnecessary vertical scroll bar was created in the right corner.

When did the problem happen? When access was performed on monitors with low resolution.

Where was the problem? On the computer location tab in the menu Devices > Computers > Select computer > Open > LOCATION tab.

What was done to fix it? Removed the vertical scrollbar in the right corner and tweaked it so that the map or satellite is below the location information (“Coordinates“, “Precision”, “Last update” and “Update” button).


Extra path in breadcrumb

How did the problem happen? There was one more path in the breadcrumb called "Summary".

The breadcrumb is the path created at the top of the NDD Orbix portal when accessing the respective menu, with the aim of facilitating navigation through the screens.

Example: when accessing the location of a computer through the menu Devices > Computers > Select computer > Open > LOCATION tab, the breadcrumb Devices / Computers / [computer name] / Location” is displayed at the top of the NDD Orbix portal, so that it is possible to return to the desired page, if necessary.

When did the problem happen? When opening a computer to view its details.

Where was the problem? Navigating through the “SUMMARY”, “INFO”, “PERFORMANCE”, “LOCATION” e “MOVES” tabs when opening a computer from the menu Devices > Computers > Select computer > Open.

What was done to fix it? Removed path named "Summary" from breadcrumb.


Was not showing values of some columns in custom reports

How did the problem happen? When generating a custom report and choosing the "Export preview" option, the columns referring to types, date, date/time and numbers were not showing values in the grid.

When did the problem happen? When the option of “Default region for Date, Time and Numbers format“ was set to “Español (España, Alfabetización Internacional)” in “My settings”, and a customized report was generated.

Where was the problem? When generating a custom report from the menu Reports > Custom.

What was done to fix it? Adjusted so that the values of the respective columns are displayed when generating a custom report.
