Fixes
Computer was not shown in the monitoring rules
How did the problem happen? The service did not update correctly when the computer name switched between upper and lower case letters.
When did the problem happen? When creating a monitoring rule for a computer, this computer was not listed. In addition, existing rules were not updated.
Where was the problem? In the Installations > Enable services menu, in the computer rules.
What was done to fix it? Adjusted so that when the computer name is changed, the system is updated.

New features
Configuring the LPR protocol in the print queue
What is the new functionality? Making it possible to configure the LPR protocol in the print queue.
What is the benefit of the new functionality? Make the print queues created in the NDD Orbix portal compatible with both protocols (RAW and LPR).
How does the new functionality work? When creating or editing a print queue, it will be possible to choose between the RAW or LPR protocol.
Observations? For print queues that have already been created, you can change the protocol to LPR by editing.
The DCA and Cloud Connector agent must be updated to version 1.0.9, as instructed at Update the agent or gateway on portal.
Improvements
Improve the search for printers in the print queues
What purpose? Do not generate excessive SNMP calls on the customer's network.
What was done? The search for printers has been ordered to improve calls made.
What will be affected? The search for printers in the print queues, as configured in the SNMP communication.
What is the impact on the environment? There isn't one.
Observations? The DCA and Cloud Connector agent must be updated to version 1.0.9, as instructed at Update the agent or gateway on portal.

Inconsistency in the total online printers indicator
How did the problem happen? In some cases, the total online printers indicator showed a value of more than 100%.
Where was the problem? In the Total printers - Online indicator in the Dashboard menu.
What was done to fix it? Adjusted so that the indicator correctly displays the percentage of monitored printers with online monitoring status.

New features
Blocking printer monitoring by serial number or IP address
What is the new functionality? Make it possible to block printer monitoring by serial number or IP address.
What is the benefit of the new functionality? Control and manage which services will monitor printers.
How does the new functionality work? Blocking printer monitoring by serial number or IP address can be done by service, allowing several printers to be blocked at the same time, or by printer, allowing the services monitoring that printer to be blocked.
Observations? For more information on how to configure the new functionality, go to Filter printer monitoring by serial number or IP address.
The DCA and Cloud Connector agent must be updated to the latest available version, as instructed at Update the agent or gateway on portal.

New types of alerts for network and USB printers
What purpose? New types of alerts have been implemented for preventive actions in the operation.
What was done? New alerts for:
Cover is opened
Fuser on time failure
Fuser thermistor failure
High fuser temperature
Ink low
Interlock open
No ink cartridge
No paper tray
Out of ink
Out of paper
Paper jam
Paper tray change request
What will be affected? Creating the alert rule.
What is the impact on the environment? There isn't one.
Observations? For more information on the meaning of each alert, go to Issue alerts.
Fixes
Moving printers
How did the problem happen? Printers were being moved between services.
When did the problem happen? When two or more services monitored the same printer.
Where was the problem? In the service printer grid.
What was done to fix it? The printer will only be moved when there is an exchange between customers. When two or more services monitor the same printer, its record will remain in the printer grid of those services.

Improvements
Optimizing the generation of meter reports
What purpose? To optimize the generation of predefined and customized meter reports that have a period filter by date range.
What was done? When generating a predefined or customized meter report, the date range in the period filter cannot exceed 90 days.
What will be affected? Predefined and customized meter reports that are generated with a period filter by date range.
What is the impact on the environment? There isn't one.
Change the view of the supply efficiency report
What purpose? To improve the visualization and usability of the predefined supply efficiency report.
What was done? Changed the way the report is paginated. When generating it, all the information will be displayed on a single page.
What will be affected? The predefined supply efficiency report.
What is the impact on the environment? There isn't one.
Change the nomenclature from reference meters to meters
What purpose? To improve the understanding of system or customized meters.
What was done? System or custom meters will no longer be referred to as "reference meters" but only as "meters".
What will be affected? All references in the NDD Orbix portal from "reference meters" to "meters".
What is the impact on the environment? There isn't one.
Add the "Rule" column to the "Meters" indicator in the printer summary
What purpose? Make it easier to identify which rule the meter belongs to when viewing the meter history in the printer summary.
What was done? Added the Rule column to the indicator, which corresponds to the rule used to calculate that meter.
What will be affected? The Meters indicator on the printer's SUMMARY tab.
What is the impact on the environment? There isn't one.
