Improvements
Inclusion of the installation place field in the service details
What purpose? View the location where the module is installed in the service's properties.
What was done? Inclusion of the "Installation place" field in the service details.
What will be affected? When opening a service in the menu Agents > Services > Select service > Open > DETAILS tab, the module's installation place can be viewed in Service Data.
What is the impact on the environment? There isn't one.
Observations? There isn't one.
Inclusion of service search by module installation location
What purpose? Facilitate the location of the service through its installation place.
What was done? Make it possible to locate a service by the module's installation place in the grid's search bar.
What will be affected? When accessing the menu grid Agents > Services, it is possible to search for the service by the module installation place in the search bar above the grid.
What is the impact on the environment? There isn't one.
Observations? There isn't one.
Change the color palettes of the portal
What purpose? Improve the contrast of the main menu and the header of the NDD Orbix portal features properties.
What was done? Changed the color palettes of the NDD Orbix portal.
What will be affected? The main menu and properties header of the NDD Orbix portal features.
What is the impact on the environment? There isn't one.
Observations? There isn't one.
Clarify to the user each information in the “My Data” menu
What purpose? Clarify for the user what each piece of information in the “My Data” menu is about.
What was done? By placing the mouse arrow on the desired information in the “My Data” menu, an indication will be displayed on the screen about what the information is about.
On the NDD Orbix portal, clicking on the user name in the upper right corner of the screen will open the “My Data” menu.
In the “My Data” menu, when placing the mouse arrow over the user name, provider or e-mail, information will appear, respectively, “User: [user name]”, “Provider: [provider]” or “Email: [email address]”.
What will be affected? The “My Data” menu, where it presents user information.
What is the impact on the environment? There isn't one.
Observations? There isn't one.
Fixes
Didn't show the loading icon when performing some remote action
How did the problem happen? The word “Spinner” was displayed when performing some remote action of a service, instead of showing the loading icon.
When did the problem happen? By clicking on any of the remote actions of a service (“Start”, “Stop”, “Restart” or “Update”).
Where was the problem? In the agents service details tab from the menu Agents > Services > Select service > Open > DETAILS tab.
What was done to fix it? Added loading icon again when performing some remote action.
Unnecessary lower scroll bar in services settings
How did the problem happen? When entering any configuration of the services, an unnecessary lower scroll bar was created.
When did the problem happen? When access was performed on monitors with resolutions greater than 1280x768.
Where was the problem? In the service settings tab in the menu Agents > Services > Select service > Open > SETTINGS tab.
What was done to fix it? Changed so that service settings screens fit the monitor automatically regardless of resolution.
Untranslated words
How did the problem happen? Some words were untranslated in English and Spanish.
When did the problem happen? When accessing the NDD Orbix portal with English or Spanish languages.
Where was the problem? It could occur in any NDD Orbix portal menu.
What was done to fix it? Adjusted and unified the location that receives the translations so that it is possible to visualize the translations of the words that were missing.

New features
New “Prints per customer” indicator on Panels
What is the new functionality? An additional indicator “Prints per customer” was added to the Panels module.
What is the benefit of the new functionality? The provider will be able to view and manage customer print data in a more visual and intuitive way.
How does the new functionality work? Using the “Prints per customer” indicator, the provider will be able to view, in the graph, the total number of pages printed by customers of managed printers.
Observations? There isn't one.
Improvements
Inclusion of customer filter in standard “Close alerts” report
What purpose? Extraction by the user of standard reports of closed alerts by customers, in order to quantitatively analyze the impacts on the daily operation and if there are recurrences.
What was done? Adding "Customer" filter to standard "Closed alerts" report.
What will be affected? New filter for generating "Closed alerts" standard reports.
What is the impact on the environment? There isn't one.
Observations? The “Customer” filter is not mandatory. When no specific customer is selected, data from all customers will be retrieved to issue the report of closed alerts.
Adding columns to the standard “Close alerts” report
What purpose? Adding more columns to the default closed alerts report.
What was done? Adding "Customer", "Site", "Department", "Unit", "Device", "Name", "IP address", "Manufacturer", "Model" and "Serial number" columns in the "Closed alerts" standard report.
What will be affected? When selecting the desired filters and issuing a standard report of closed alerts, new columns and information can be viewed.
What is the impact on the environment? There isn't one.
Observations? There isn't one.
Fixes
Correction of the calculation of the “Printed pages” indicator
How did the problem happen? The production indicators were not being considered when making data available for the “Printed pages” indicator, causing the data for this indicator to always be zeroed.
When did the problem happen? In calculating the daily processing of printed pages.
Where was the problem? In the “Printed pages” indicator of the Panels module.
What was done to fix it? Fixed so that the indicator considers printed pages from all customers.

New features
NDD Orbix portal compatibility with IPv6 environment
What is the new functionality? The NDD Orbix portal can be accessed by users who are in an IPv6 environment.
What is the benefit of the new functionality? Access to the NDD Orbix portal by users who are in an IPv4 and IPv6 environment.
How does the new functionality work? In IPv6-only environments, the NDD Orbix portal will be accessed using this internet protocol.
In IPv4-only environments, the NDD Orbix portal will be accessed using this internet protocol.
In IPv4 and IPv6 environments, the NDD Orbix portal will prioritize access with the IPv6 internet protocol.
Observations? There isn't one.

Fixes
Offline service after restarting the computer
How did the problem happen? The service status was “Offline” after restarting the computer.
When did the problem happen? When installing the agents and restarting the computer, the service status was “Offline”.
Where was the problem? Service status can be viewed in the module Agents > Services.
What was done to fix it? The issue has been fixed for the portal to consider the 60-minute time from the last service communication to determine that it is offline, regardless of whether the computer has been restarted or not.

Was not saving a new user
How did the problem happen? There was no response when clicking the "Save" button when creating a user, even though all data was valid.
When did the problem happen? In all user creation scenarios.
Where was the problem? When creating a user in the module Administration > Users > Create.
What was done to fix it? After a portal update, the possibility to select user permissions during portal creation was disabled. To fix user creation, the feature of selecting permissions was enabled again.
Unable to view user permission information
How did the problem happen? Unable to view user permissions information.
When did the problem happen? When accessing the “PERMISSIONS” tab in the details of any user, regardless of permission.
Where was the problem? When querying a user's details in the module Administration > Users > Select user > Open > PERMISSIONS tab.
What was done to fix it? After an update of the portal, the features related to user permissions were disabled. To fix it, it was necessary to make a compatibility change with the new version and the features were enabled again.
