New features
Grid of supplies in use
What is the new functionality? View all the supplies in use from all the operation's managed printers in a single location.
A new permission has been created to allow the grid to be viewed: Supplies in use.
What is the benefit of the new functionality? In addition to offering a comprehensive view of the supplies in use in the operation, the grid provides quick access to strategic points in the supply analysis, as well as offering shortcuts to relevant functions.
How does the new functionality work? Go to the Supplies > Supplies in use menu to view the grid. For more details on the links and actions available in the grid, go to View information on supplies in use or exchanged (3rd way of viewing procurement).
Remember to review the permissions of the users and permission groups that will have access to the new functionality in order to grant them.
Update the location of computers automatically
What is the new functionality? Enabling the location of all the provider's active computers to be updated automatically.
What is the benefit of the new functionality? It eliminates the need to update each computer manually, speeding up the provider's operations and reducing labor time.
How does the new functionality work? Upon commercial negotiation and contracting of the feature, the location of all the provider's active computers will be taken on the first reading after the computer is turned on or 24 hours after the last reading was taken.
Observations? Activation of this feature is subject to contract.
The DCA and Cloud Connector agent must be updated to version 1.0.13, as instructed at Update the agent or gateway on portal.
Improvements
Grouping columns in installations grids

What was done? The grouping of columns in installations grids has been implemented. To perform grouping, the user must drag the respective column they wish to group to the area indicated.
What will be affected? The grids in the Installations > Modules, Installations > Services and Installations > Automatic updates menus.
What is the impact on the environment? There isn't one.
Enable the export of module/service logs
What purpose? To make it possible to export module/service logs to a text file, providing a new alternative for analyzing, saving and/or sharing the records.
What was done? When viewing module or service logs, click on the Export logs button in the top right-hand corner to download the text file containing the logs.
If the period filter is applied, it will be taken into account in the export. Otherwise, all logs generated in the last 7 (seven) days will be exported.
What will be affected? The Logs tab of the module or service properties.
What is the impact on the environment? There isn't one.

Improvements
Caching files through the Gateway Connector
What purpose? To cache files through the Gateway Connector in order to improve certain functionalities of the solution.
What was done? The Gateway Connector will cache the following files:
DCA and Cloud Connector agent update file: when an update is performed by the NDD Orbix portal (Installations > Automatic updates menu) in a given environment, the file for this update will be downloaded once in the gateway's cache and, from the gateway, distributed to the agents that will be updated by the user.
Driver file needed to create the print queue: when a driver needs to be installed on the computers, the file for this driver will be downloaded once in the gateway's cache. The computers that need this driver will look for the file in the gateway cache.
What will be affected? The Gateway Connector and the operation of these features when using the gateway for communication between the agent and the portal.
What is the impact on the environment? The Gateway Connector must be updated to version 1.1.0, as instructed at Update the agent or gateway on portal.
