How to avoid automatic exchanges of supplies with identical serial numbers?

In some cases, such as chip cloning, different supplies may have identical serial numbers. This can cause the system to interpret that all were exchanged simultaneously, generating undue automatic exchanges.

To avoid this behavior, you must configure the NDD Orbix portal to disregard the serial number in automatic exchanges. Thus, exchanges will be based only on the level data.
