Does installing the agent automatically start monitoring thermal printers?

No. Installing the agent is only the first step. For monitoring to work correctly, you must also:

• Enable the thermal printers service in the portal;

• Configure the service's monitoring rules;

• Configure the specific service (only for network thermal printers).
