Alert management
In NDD Orbix it is possible to monitor and identify actions that require attention to ensure the proper functioning of the provider's production environment, by creating alert rules.
In the NDD Orbix portal, alerts are categorized as follows:
Open: alerts that are open and pending processing.
Processing: alerts that are open and have some process in progress.
Closed: alerts that were processed and closed within the last 7 (seven) days.

Creation of important alerts for the operation
It offers flexibility in the creation of alert rules, which can be generic or specific according to the individual needs of each customer and the degree of criticality of the situation.
Standard and customized notifications
Allows notifications to be sent generically or via personalized e-mail when an alert is generated. The personalized e-mail allows you to create your own messages, include links to manuals and/or descriptions of resolution procedures.
Forwarding alerts by e-mail
Enables alerts that have already been opened or are being processed to be notified and forwarded to system or external users via e-mail, simplifying communication and day-to-day actions.
