Filter dashboard

The filter allows you to refine the dashboard data as desired. The available filters are:

  • Customers: allows you to select a specific customer or all of them to obtain the data. By default, the dashboard shows data for all customers.

  • Manufacturer: allows you to select a specific manufacturer or all of them to obtain the data. By default, the dashboard displays data from all manufacturers.

  • Model: allows you to select a specific printer model or all of them to get the data. By default, the dashboard displays data for all printer models.

Instructions

  1. Access the Dashboard menu

  2. Click on the name of the dashboard you want to filter

  3. Click on the filter button (funnel) in the top right-hand corner

  4. Select the desired filters

  5. Click on the Apply button

The dashboard will be reloaded with the filters applied.

The filters are applied generically, but the options listed may not apply to all indicators. Therefore, you can see which filters have been applied to each indicator using the funnel icon.

In the Total printers indicator, considering the default, the total number of printers managed for all customers will be displayed. However, if you filter for a specific customer in Filters, the Total printers indicator will show the total number of printers managed for the selected customer only and, in the funnel icon, you will be able to see the filter applied (for Customers).

To change or remove the filters, follow the steps below:

  1. Click again on the filter button (funnel) in the top right corner

  2. Change the desired filters or click on the Clear filters button

  3. Click on the Apply button

When you leave the Dashboard menu, the filters will also be removed.
