Error code 8036

Failure

The log from the NDD - Computer Monitor service recorded error code 8036 (DriverInformationException).

Cause

There was a failure collecting driver information from the computer.

Solution

Check for pending driver updates or reinstall the drivers required for the system to function correctly.

If the failure is not resolved using the solutions above, we recommend opening a support ticket with the logs generated.
