Error code 8026

Failure

The log from the NDD - Thermal Monitor USB service recorded error code 8026 (JarProcessException).

Cause

Failure to start or during the execution of the printer collection process by the service.

Solution

Check that the necessary files (such as Java and Jar) are being loaded correctly.

If the files are loaded correctly, check that the service has the appropriate permissions to access and execute the files in the installation directory.

If the failure is not resolved using the solutions above, we recommend opening a support ticket for assistance in resolving the problem.
