Error code 8020

Failure

The log from the NDD - Printer Monitor service recorded error code 8020 (NotAPrinterException).

Cause

The service has found a device on the network (within the range of IP addresses registered on the NDD Orbix portal) that has not been recognized as a printer.

Solution

If the service identifies the IP address of a device but is unable to recognize it as a printer, we recommend opening a support ticket for assistance in resolving the problem.
