Error code 8014

Failure

The log from the NDD - Printer Monitor service recorded error code 8014 (ManufacturerNotHomologatedException).

Cause

A printer from a manufacturer not yet approved by NDD was found on the network.

Failure

We request that a support ticket be opened to analyze the feasibility of approval.
