Error code 8004

Failure

The log from the NDD - Printer Monitor USB or NDD - Thermal Monitor USB services recorded error code 8004 (SettingsException).

Cause

There is invalid information in the configuration file during service initialization.

Solution

Check and correct required properties in the configuration file. Make sure all information you enter is valid and in the correct format.

If the failure is not resolved using the above solution, we recommend opening a support ticket for assistance in resolving the problem.
