Error code 6005

Failure

The log from the NDD - Printer Monitor or NDD - Thermal Monitor USB services recorded error code 6005 (FileException).

Cause

The service was unable to locate and/or read a file required for its execution.

Solution

Check the path information in the exception and compare it with the actual data on the storage unit. It is possible that:

• the path is incorrect;

• the DCA and Cloud Connector agent does not have the necessary permissions to access the files, and/or;

• the file is being used simultaneously by another process, which prevents the service from accessing it.

If the failure is not resolved using the solutions above, we recommend opening a support ticket for assistance in resolving the problem.
