Error code 6004

Failure

The log from the NDD - Printer Monitor service recorded error code 6004 (RepositoryException).

The service was unable to locate the database or cannot find the data it is looking for.

Check that the database is in the default directory.

Then check that the path to the database in the settings file is correct.

Finally, check that the database is not corrupted.

We recommend using the LiteDB Studio tool to visualize the database.
