Error code 6002

Failure

The log of the DCA and Cloud Connector agent or the NDD - Printer Monitor, NDD - Printer Monitor USB, NDD - Computer Monitor or NDD - Thermal Monitor USB services recorded error code 6002 (AppsettingsException).

Solution

Failed to locate, read and/or write information in the appsettings.json file.

Solution

Check that the appsettings.json file exists in the DCA and Cloud Connector agent installation directory.

If the appsettings.json file is present in the installation directory, grant administrator permissions to the DCA and Cloud Connector agent so that the service can read and/or write information, as instructed below:

1. Locate the installed DCA and Cloud Connector agent file on the computer

2. Right-click on it

3. Click on Properties

4. Click on the Compatibility tab

5. On Settings, check the option Run this program as administrator

6. Click the OK button
