Error code 6001

Failure

The log of the DCA and Cloud Connector agent or the NDD - Printer Monitor service recorded error code 6001 (AppsettingsInvalidData).

Cause

The settings file has incorrectly formatted values, such as missing commas, incorrect opening or closing quotation marks, among other formatting errors.

Solution

Use a tool or a JSON formatter to check and fix the problems in the configuration file. These tools will highlight formatting errors and provide guidance on how to correct them.
