Error code 5003

Failure

The log from the NDD - Printer Monitor, NDD - Computer Monitor or NDD - Thermal Monitor USB services recorded error code 5003 (AddressToMonitorNullException, DeviceInfoNullException, EventInfoNullException, PrinterNullException).

Cause

Failure to process the information obtained from the physical printer to the printer object.

Solution

Check that monitoring is not being interrupted by events such as power outages, loss/drop of network connection, disconnections, etc.

If the failure is not resolved using the above solution, we recommend opening a support ticket for assistance in resolving the problem.
