Error code 4007

Failure

The log from the NDD - Printer Monitor service recorded error code 4007 (WebResponseException).

Cause

The printer was unable to download the information by accessing the URL of its web page.

Solution

The URL used to try to download the information will be logged with the exception. Check that this path corresponds to the same path on the printer's web page.

If the failure is not resolved using the above solution, we recommend opening a support ticket for assistance in resolving the problem.
