Error code 4006

Failure

The log from the NDD - Printer Monitor service recorded error code 4006 (WebRequestException).

Cause

The printer was unable to access the known URL when searching for information on its web page.

Solution

The computer on which the DCA and Cloud Connector agent is installed must have access to the web page of the printer in question.

If the failure is not resolved using the above solution, we recommend opening a support ticket for assistance in resolving the problem.
