Error code 4005

Failure

The log from the NDD - Printer Monitor service recorded error code 4005 (SnmpEntryException).

Cause

The printer's SNMP input could not be obtained.

Solution

Check the printer's settings to see if the SNMP communication option is enabled.

Also, if necessary, review the service's SNMP communication settings on the NDD Orbix portal to ensure that they are correct for communication to occur.
