Failure

The log of the DCA and Cloud Connector agent or the NDD - Printer Monitor, NDD - Printer Monitor USB or NDD - Thermal Monitor USB services recorded error code 4002 (ResponseException).

Cause

The NDD Orbix portal is responding, but an error has been identified.
