Failure

The log of the DCA and Cloud Connector agent or the NDD - Printer Monitor, NDD - Printer Monitor USB, NDD - Computer Monitor or NDD - Thermal Monitor USB services recorded error code 4001 (HTTPException).

Cause

Failed to connect to the NDD Orbix portal.
