The personal data processed by NDD and entered into NDD Orbix is stored on Microsoft Azure cloud servers or on its own servers located in Germany and the United States.

Microsoft Azure's compliance framework, which includes more than 90 certifications, provides a solid basis for ensuring that NDD Orbix meets all the requirements of personal data protection legislation. The platform's adherence to these regulations is continuously monitored and updated, reflecting changes in the regulatory landscape.

Personal data is only stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. However, they may be kept for additional periods to meet legal, regulatory or contractual obligations, as well as for the regular exercise of rights, always based on a clear and specific purpose.

The transmission of personal data collected by NDD Orbix to the cloud is carried out securely using HTTPS/TLS 1.2 protocols. This ensures that all communications are encrypted and protected from interception. In addition, data at rest is also encrypted, and access to it is strictly controlled via a role-based access management system, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive data.
