Purposes of processing

Personal data accessed by NDD through the use of NDD Orbix is processed for the following purposes:

Compliance with the service provision contract.
Monitoring printer activities to manage the printing environment.
Computer monitoring (geolocation: monitoring the location of equipment, helping to quickly identify devices).
Hardware performance monitoring.
Support services.

In addition to the above purposes, NDD may process personal data for:

Access to the portal.
Identification and authentication on the portal.
Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as for the regular exercise of rights related to the defense of claims of a judicial or governmental nature.
Sending e-mails, messages, and notifications regarding the use of the NDD Orbix.
Making improvements to the NDD Orbix.
Carrying out surveys.
Storing data and information.

Access to data is restricted exclusively to NDD employees, the owner and third parties authorized to provide the service.
