Personal data processed

Personal data is information that makes it possible to identify a natural person, either directly (such as full name and e-mail address) or indirectly (such as IP address and device model).

The personal data processed in the NDD Orbix are:

  • Name (when registering the user to access the portal, only the first name is mandatory; the full name is optional)

  • Full name (optional; only if the print queues module is contracted and enabled)

  • E-mail address

  • Logon (only if the print queues module is contracted and enabled)

  • Telephone number (optional)

  • Cell phone number (optional)

  • Geolocation (only if the computers monitoring module is contracted and enabled)

NDD Orbix collects data related to the use of printing resources, such as the number of pages printed, types of printing, associated costs, among others. The platform only collects the metadata necessary for the administration and management of devices related to the project, ensuring that the user's privacy is preserved and that confidential personal information is not at risk.

In addition, there is no collection of:

  • Sensitive personal data.

  • Content or other information related to the files that are printed.

NDD Orbix uses techniques such as data anonymization and pseudonymization. Anonymization transforms data so that it cannot be traced back to an individual, while pseudonymization replaces identifying information with pseudonyms, making it difficult to re-identify individuals without additional data.
