Supply indicators are displayed with incorrect data
Failure
The indicators are showing inconsistent values.
Cause
This problem may occur due to incorrect readings, problems with the printer or supply hardware, among others.
Solution
The calculation of the indicators takes into account the history of supplies in use and finished, which make up the average coverage.
To remove a supply from the calculation:
Access the Supplies > Supplies in use menu
Click on the type of supply you want to open its properties
In the Indicators section, click on View history
Select the supplies you want to remove from the average
Click on the Disable button
The system will display the recalculated value in the New coverage field.
Click Save to confirm the changes
Afterwards, the supply indicators will be automatically recalculated based only on the enabled items in the composition.
