This behavior is known in Epson and Canon printers, but may also occur in equipment from other manufacturers. In such cases, open a support ticket for assistance.
To adjust the settings on Epson printers, follow the steps below:
Access the Printers and scanners menu in Windows
Click on the printer
Click on Printing preferences
Click on the Maintenance tab
Click on Advanced settings
In the Printer control language field, select PCL6
Click on OK to save the changes
