Monitor agents
Agent monitoring in NDD Orbix is an essential feature that allows you to track, in real time, the performance, operational status, and health of modules and services installed in customer environments.
Agents are software responsible for collecting monitoring data from devices, which are installed and distributed at different points in the customer's infrastructure.
Ensuring the correct operation of agents is essential for the continuity of the monitoring and remote management services offered by NDD Orbix.
For agent monitoring to be performed correctly on the NDD Orbix portal, each agent must be installed in a minimum compatible version, as shown in the following table:

After configuring device monitoring, the services and modules associated with each agent are also automatically monitored.
