Is it possible to remove a module or service from the grid in the portal?

It is not possible to remove modules or services displayed in the grids of the Installations > Modules and Installations > Services menus in the NDD Orbix portal.

The platform keeps a history of all modules and services that have ever communicated with the environment, preserving the traceability and integrity of monitoring information.

If the service is disabling in the portal or the DCA and Cloud Connector agent is removed from the computer, after 72 hours without communication, the service will be displayed with the status Offline, indicating that the portal is no longer receiving data.
