Environmental impact
It shows in numbers the environmental impact of production. For this calculation, only managed network and USB printers are considered and the values are relative to the applied filters (by default, data from the last 30 days will be presented). The indicator displays the data of:
Trees: 8.333 pages produced per tree
Liters: 0.401 liters of water per printed page
KW: 0.02901 kilowatt-hours per printed page
Ton. of CO²: 0.0000404191 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent per printed page
For more details on the calculations made to present the indicator, go to How is the environmental impact indicator calculated on the dashboard?.
Prints by organization
It shows the total number of pages printed by the 10 clients with the most prints on the managed network and USB printers, considering the applied filters (by default, data from the last 30 days will be presented).
The graph presents the data of pages printed by customer and by color, considering:
Mono: total number of monochrome printed pages
Color: total number of pages printed in color
Average pages per printer
It shows the average number of printed pages of all managed network and USB printers, considering the filters applied (by default, data from the last 30 days will be presented).
The average will be performed according to the following data:
Printed pages (divided) Total managed printers = Average
Example
There were 1,000,000 pages printed and there are 7,500 managed printers in the environment. The calculation will be performed as follows:
1,000,000 / 7,500 = 133 (the result will be rounded)
The average of printed pages displayed on the indicator will be 133.
Daily production - last 30 days
It shows the chart with the daily production information of the managed network and USB printers, considering the filters applied (by default, data from the last 30 days will be presented).
Printed pages
It shows the amount of pages printed according to the filters applied (by default, data from the last 30 days will be presented), considering only the managed network and USB printers.
For indicators that, by default, data from the last 30 days will be presented, the days will be counted up to the day before the access date. The days will be accounted for daily, where the first day of the count will be removed and the day prior to the access day will be added for yield processing.
Example
The user is accessing the system on 10/13. The last 30 days will be considered from 09/13 to 10/12.
