Configure the agent on Linux

Access the documentation for configuring the DCA and Cloud Connector agent on the Linux operating system below.

Currently, the Linux agent only supports monitoring meters, supplies, and events for network printers (NDD - Printer Monitor service) and USB printers (NDD - Printer Monitor USB service).

USB printer monitoring (NDD - Printer Monitor USB service) is compatible with the following models:

Ricoh	IM 430 IM C2010 IM C4510 M320F P311 SP 377DNWX SP 3510 SP 3710DN
HP	MFP 432
If you need to approve a new model, open a support ticket so we can analyze its feasibility.
