Configure customers

The customer configuration allows you to organize each customer's operation in a structured manner, segmenting devices by sites and departments. This organization is essential to ensure that device management is contextualized and aligned with each customer's reality.

With this structure, it is possible to reflect the physical or organizational hierarchy of customers (such as branches, sectors, or operating units) in NDD Orbix, facilitating device administration and improving visibility of the installed fleet.
