Stop managing or return to managing printers
When you stop managing a printer that is being managed, no data will be collected or sent to the portal, even if the agent is installed and configured to monitor it. In this state, the printer is ignored by the system and does not participate in any monitoring, control, or management functionality.
When you return to managing a printer that is not being managed, data collection and sending to the portal will resume automatically, provided that the agent is still installed and enabled in the environment.
