Identify if a product is a forced product

Identify whether a product is configured as forced, both by the product registration and by the properties of a supply.

Instructions

In the registration of a standard product:

  1. Access the Supplies > Products > Compatibilities menu

  2. Locate the desired thermal printer

  3. Click on the ⋮ button at the end of the line

  4. Click on View compatibilities

  5. Click on the Standard products tab

In the grid, the Forced product column indicates that the assignment of the standard product is being forced and the Product according to demand column indicates whether the product is being prioritized according to replenishment demand.


In the properties of a supply:

When you open the properties of a supply, in the Information field of the Properties indicator, the information Forced product will be present.
